We want you to receive the original item you ordered.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund the product price, at our option.

Change of mind

Unused, unworn items in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we sent the wrong item. Custom mix kits and personalized cases are not returnable unless defective.

How to request

Use the Contact page with your order email and order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return.
